PARKING

Parking in the convenient controlled access garage is included with every home. First space complimentary.

Additional Parking spaces, if available, can be reserved for an additional $15.00 per month

A one time only deposit of $50.00 is required

Bike Storage is also available and is complimentary. Please see office for rules and regulations and to register your bike

ADDITIONAL STORAGE

Select One Bedroom homes have storage closets located on the balcony

UTILITIES

Check with your leasing agent for more information. Most, if not all utilities can be arranged for at move in.  Applications for service will be provided.

Water, sewer & garbage 

• Billed to Residents monthly by Minol MTR, Inc. – http://www.minolusa.com/
• Cost is figured on a per occupant ratio based on actual bills and shared with the owner

Renters Insurance

• Valid proof of renters insurance with a minimum of $100,000 property damage coverage is required at move in
